In the process of petroleum refining or mechanical processing, since the raw materials themselves contain water (or water enters during theprocess), the medium will inevitably be mixed with moisture. The presence of moisture will affect the process effect, process equipment andproduct quality. Causes adverse effects, therefore, the coalescing separator plays a vital role.


The coalescing separator breaks through the single filtration mode of traditional filters and integrates filtration and dehydration. It can filter out various tiny particles, moisture, fibers and suspended matter in the fuel. It is an ideal oil purification equipment.


Product structure and working principle

The coalescing separator is mainly designed for liquid-liquid separation. It contains two types of filter elements, namely a coalescing filter element and a separation filter element. It is also equipped with accessories such as a drain valve, a drain valve, a differential pressure gauge, a safety valve, and a heat tracing device.
