How to replace the hydraulic oil filter element?

Replacement method of hydraulic oil filter element:

1.Close the oil inlet ball valve and open the upper end cover

2.Unscrew the plug of the drain outlet and drain out the dirty oil

3.Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element.The operator wears oil-proof gloves to hold the filter element tightly and remove the old filter element vertically.

4.Replace the new filter element, seal the upper sealing ring, and tighten the nut

5.Close the drain valve, cover the upper end cover, and tighten the fastening bolts.

6.Tighten the plug of the sewage outlet, cover the upper end cover, and install the fastening bolts.

The main reason for the failure of the hydraulic oil filter element is that the pollution intrusion rate is high,

 which increases the burden on the filter element and shortens the service life of the filter element.

 It is necessary to strictly limit the paths of environmental pollution that will enter the hydraulic system.
